{kids fashion} trendy toddler tuesdays & wittlebee

Ok. I did it. I ordered G's Wittlebee first box. If you don't know, Wittlebee is a monthly children's clothing club. For $39.99 a month you are sent a box of 6 pieces of clothing. You get to created a profile for your child, with size, favorite style, color and graphics, and give any other specifics about what you prefer. They offer some of our favorite brands like  BabyGap, Old Navy, American Apparel, Crazy 8, as well as others: Carters, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, Tea, Baby Lulu, Cottonseed, Luca Charles and many more. You can check out their pinterest page.

I can be very particular about what G and L wear {ask my mom and sister!}. That's why even though I've been hearing great things about this service for a while now, I was a little hesitant about trying it. Besides, I enjoy going out shopping {Yes, even with G, and sometimes even with L, in tow. They are usually good boys and let me do my shopping}. But I was still very curious so a couple of weeks ago I signed up and created a profile for G {I can't sign up for L because he's over the age limit}. I never got to finish that time because a little someone woke up from his nap. And then I forgot about it. Since then I got a couple of discount codes encouraging to finish my order but never got to do it. Until last Sunday when I got a 50% off discount. Six pieces of clothing for 20 bucks? You can't beat that!

I'm excited but also a little nervous about what to expect. But from what I read if I'm not completely satisfied with the clothes I can return them. It's fun to look forward to a little surprise in the mail and I think it'll be a great way to get introduced to new brands. We'll see!

As for our weekly outfit, this is what G wore this past Easter.

easter - march 2012

easter onesie and striped pants - carter's {gift}
blue cardigan - periquita {peruvian brand}
bow tie - handmade by me

  4. I'm excited to see if you like what comes. I'm pretty picky too so I am hesitant to sign up for a grab box service.
